What is shiny togekiss?

Shiny Togekiss is a rare variant of the Pokémon Togekiss that has a unique color scheme. Rather than its usual pink and white coloring, its body is primarily light blue with accents of yellow. Shiny Togekiss can only be obtained through random encounters or by participating in special events.
